• App info: App name, URL, handle, bio, links, theme settings, uploaded images, and similar details.
• Knowledge data: FAQs and reference content registered by the owner.
• Conversation history: Exchanges between mimi and visitors.
• Access logs: IP address, request timestamp, and browser information (anonymized).
• Analytics: Anonymous pageview counts via Vercel Analytics (no cookies).

2. How We Use Information

• Providing the Service and generating responses.
• Improving the quality of mimi's responses.
• Preventing abuse (rate-limiting, spam detection).
• Sending important notices to users.
• Analyzing and improving how the Service is used.

3. Sharing With Third Parties

We share user information only with the following service providers. These integrations are essential to operating the Service:

• Supabase (US) — Database and authentication.
• Vercel (US) — Hosting and analytics.
• Anthropic (US) — AI response generation (Claude API).
• LINE Corporation (Japan) — Notification delivery to owners.

We do not share personal information with any other third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

4. Protecting Personal Information

When mimi generates a response, an automatic filter (PII guardrail) is applied so that personal information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses is not included in the output, even if such data exists in the knowledge base.

That said, some cases are difficult to prevent entirely — for example, when an owner intentionally publishes such information through the dashboard. We recommend that you do not register sensitive personal information in your knowledge data.

5. Use of Cookies

We only use authentication cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.

Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and aggregates data in a way that does not identify individual visitors.

6. Data Retention

We retain the data you register with the Service for as long as your account remains active. When you delete your account, related data (apps, knowledge, conversation history) is promptly deleted.

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, we may release the handle after at least six months of inactivity, with prior notice.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights:

• View your own data (available from the dashboard).
• Correct or delete your own data.
• Delete your account.
• Contact us with questions about how your personal information is handled.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated without prior notice. If significant changes are made, we will notify you at the email address on file.
