Is it really free?
Yes. Right now, every feature is free — unlimited apps, unlimited messages, no card required. Pro plans (custom domain, unlimited knowledge, priority support) are coming later, but anything you create now stays free.
Who owns the knowledge data I teach mimi?
You do — 100%. Export or delete anytime from your dashboard. We never share your knowledge with other customers, and we don't use it to train AI models.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Register your app → paste FAQ text (or let mimi interview you) → copy the <script> line we generate, and drop it into WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Notion, or any host. If HTML is unfamiliar, we have step-by-step guides for each platform.
What languages does mimi speak?
She auto-detects the visitor's browser language. Visitors on a Japanese site get Japanese, visitors on an English site get English. Even if your knowledge is written in Japanese, mimi will translate it for English visitors.
How do I cancel?
Delete the app from your dashboard, anytime. The embedded <script> stops working immediately, and your knowledge data is removed from our servers. No cancellation fees, no waiting period.
